Our Founder

Tina R. Macon, President & Senior Consultant, has over 20 years' experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development assisting organizations in realigning and successfully developing high performing teams to meet organizational goals and objectives. Tina holds a MA in Conflict Analysis and Engagement and a BS in Labor & Human Resources Management. She is also certified in Emotional Social Intelligence and is a Professional in Human Resource Management.

The team of AllMac & Associates is comprised of certified professionals with extensive background in the areas of Organizational Development, Human Resources, EQi, Executive Coaching, Employee Assessments and Training.

Our Mission

Our mission is to expertly assist clients in Connecting PEOPLE, PROCESSES, & PRODUCTIVITY in addressing their human capital and organizational development needs and actively lead them to resolution in the areas of Human Resources, Organizational Development, Conflict Analysis & Resolution, Executive Coaching, and Training.

I had the pleasure of working with Tina Macon of AllMac & Associates to provide investigations training to our newly appointed and inexperienced employee and labor relations team. We discussed the specific goals and desired outcomes. She conducted the appropriate research and reviewed current internal documents, policies/labor contracts and processes to develop a comprehensive training plan customized uniquely for the public sector/human resources environment.
